Who we are

The Christante Agency is an independent insurance agency based in Morrisville, North Carolina. Nicco Christante is a licensed insurance producer, National Producer Number 16634527. We are not an insurance company. Policies are issued and claims are paid by the insurance carrier named in your contract.

Not a government program

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, the Social Security Administration, Medicare, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any state program. Nothing on this site is a government benefit, and no government program is required to buy anything from us.

How we are paid

You pay us nothing. Quotes, comparisons and appointments are free. If you decide to take a policy, the insurance carrier pays this agency a commission, which is already built into the premium the carrier files with your state and is not added on top of it.

Where we are licensed

We can only transact insurance business in states where we hold an active license. As of the date above that is:

Alaska, Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia.

About the products

Products, features, riders, benefit amounts and rates vary by carrier and by state and are not available in every state. All coverage is subject to underwriting approval and to the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of the policy as actually issued. Some policies pay full benefits from the first day; others use a graded or modified benefit with a waiting period, typically two years, on death from natural causes. We will tell you which one you are being offered before you sign anything.

Rates and examples

Any premium or benefit figure you see in our advertising or on this site is an illustration, not an offer or a guarantee. Your own rate depends on your age, sex, health, tobacco use, state and the carrier that ultimately approves you.

Cost figures

Funeral and burial cost figures we cite are national median figures published by the National Funeral Directors Association. Costs in your area may be higher or lower.
